Sweet Aroma Florist-Designs by Amber and Sarah

My Sister Amber and my Cousin Sarah have started a floral design business. They are amazing! They did the flowers for mine and Ethan's wedding and I could not have gotten more beautiful flowers! They do an awesome job! Last Saturday I was able to help them with one of the weddings they had booked. The flowers turned out beautiful and the bride had beautiful taste! I enjoyed helping Amber and Sarah and I learned so much! I am looking forward to helping them again!

The first set of photos are from mine and Ethan's wedding. The second set is from Sam and Daniel's wedding last Saturday.
Congrats to Sam and Daniel! Best wishes on your new marriage!

Learning from Uncle Ethan

Amber and James stayed the night with Mom and Dad on Thursday and while they were in town they, along with Apryl, came over to the house for a visit! While they were there Ethan thought that James would love his Super Nintendo so he decided that he would try and teach James how to play Super Mario! James loved it! He danced to the music while Ethan played! It was so cute! We love out little James!
FYI: Look at James boots! They are so cute!

Brannen Girls Weekend

The first annual Brannen Girls weekend went great! We went to Savannah, Ga and we had a blast! There was 13 of us and we were only missing 2. My cousin Katherine and her daughter were not able to come and we missed them so much. All of my aunts where there. My Nana, Mom, Sisters and cousins. This is my mom's side of the family! We decided that an annual trip was necessary in order to keep everyone in touch and to spend some needed time with each other! We stay at the beautiful Planter's Inn just a few blocks from the river. It was so nice and relaxing! We enjoyed lots of shopping and eating :) I am already looking forward to next years trip!

This is where we ate on Friday night! It was wonderful!

Lola Crowder

I thought I would post some updated photos of our little hamster Lola! We found out a few weeks ago that she was not a boy, so we renamed her. Last night Ethan took her out and was letting her walk all over him. It took me forever to get these pictures because she is a fast little thing. We are very proud parents!

After a few minutes of walking she decided to chill on her daddy's shoulder :)

Update

It seems like it has been a while since I truly updated the blog. So here goes!

I recently received a promotion at work, which is such a blessing because it is a pay raise! I haven't changed over to the new position yet because 2 out of the 4 girls that work in the same area as me are going to be out for several weeks due to having babies :) So in January I will begin training for my new position. I am excited about having some new challenges!

Ethan is now working as the Student Intern at our Church. He is really enjoying it! It is a great learning opportunity for not only him but also myself. I was excited when Ethan told me that we got invited to the Christmas Party! I think it will be fun!

We also found out that our little Buster is a girl. So Buster is now Lola! She has gotten bigger but is still tiny. She is wide awake when I am getting ready for breakfast. We leave her in our office at night but in the mornings I put her in the family room and she runs like crazy on her wheel. She is so funny to watch.

God has been teaching us so much about marriage and we are loving it! It truly does grow you. Ethan just finished reading "This Momentary Marriage" by John Piper and loved it. It's now my turn to read it! Just a few days ago we had our 4 month anniversary :)

Well, that's just a few things that have been going on. Hope that everyone is doing great!

Meet our baby.....

This is Buster our baby hamster! Ethan and I are proud to announce that we are now parents! Buster the hamster came into out lives on Sunday September the 13th. We are now a family of three! Buster is energetic and happy go lucky. He is also very laid back. He is a Siberian dwarf hamster and he is very tiny. We told our parents that they now have a grandham! We love our little Buster!
