
I seem to be stuck at the 9lb mark. I finished out week 7 yesterday and cannot seem to lose more than 9lbs. Today is the beginning of week 8. I don't want to get discouraged, so I am just going to counting to count my points and exercise. I know that's all I can do! I am still very proud of my 9 lbs! My goal is to lose 15 more and I know I can do it. I don't want to quit, and I sure don't plan on it!

You're doing awesome. Do NOT get discouraged. It is very typical to plateau when losing weight (if only we'd plateau when gaining weight instead of continually increasing, lol!). More than likely you'll plateau for a bit, and then continue on losing--maybe a bit slower than you did at first. Your body and metabolism are just responding to the lifestyle change and 'recalibrating' so to speak. Keep it up, girlfriend.
I should add that I think you are absolutely beautiful and don't need to lose any weight--but I know every girl wants too (including me!!). ;)
