A tree

The Saturday after Thanksgiving Ethan and I went to get our first Christmas tree! You should have seen us trying to decide which one to get and which one would fit in out house :) I finally decided which one I liked the best and we loaded it up in the truck! It was fun putting it up while watching a Christmas movie! We were both very proud of the way it turned out! Pretty good for our first one!

Our where abouts....

I wanted to give an update on some of the things that have been going on. I thought I would show you through pictures!

I just thought this picture was sweet! Pop Pop reading to James!
James's dedication at church. I love this sweet boy!

Very proud parents!

After the dedication we went to Johnny's
I asked James to say cheese and this is what I got :)

Playing with Uncle Ethan. James has learned that he can get just about anything he wants for his Uncle Ethan :)
On Veterans Day Amber, My mom, Abby and myself met up at the Mall so I could shop for a dress to wear at my best friends wedding. We were successful in our mission and James was a very good sport! Here he is waiting for his lunch in the food court.

My grandparents got Ethan and I this Kitchen Aid mixer as our wedding gift. I used it for the first time last Thursday night and I love it! I don't have the room to leave in on my counter so I forget that I have it. Well, I went to make some cookies on Thursday and realized that I needed a mixer and that is when I remembered that I had it! Thank you Nana and Papa for such a great wedding present!!
One a year Ethan's family hosts a big party out at their house for all the people that live and grew up in their area. There is tones of food and it is all so yummy! I enjoyed getting to met lots of people that I hadn't met before and seeing people I had! The weather was perfect for an outside party! Here is a picture of Ethan and I that his cousin Cody took. Thanks Cody!

Sweet Aroma Florist-Designs by Amber and Sarah

My Sister Amber and my Cousin Sarah have started a floral design business. They are amazing! They did the flowers for mine and Ethan's wedding and I could not have gotten more beautiful flowers! They do an awesome job! Last Saturday I was able to help them with one of the weddings they had booked. The flowers turned out beautiful and the bride had beautiful taste! I enjoyed helping Amber and Sarah and I learned so much! I am looking forward to helping them again!

The first set of photos are from mine and Ethan's wedding. The second set is from Sam and Daniel's wedding last Saturday.
Congrats to Sam and Daniel! Best wishes on your new marriage!

Learning from Uncle Ethan

Amber and James stayed the night with Mom and Dad on Thursday and while they were in town they, along with Apryl, came over to the house for a visit! While they were there Ethan thought that James would love his Super Nintendo so he decided that he would try and teach James how to play Super Mario! James loved it! He danced to the music while Ethan played! It was so cute! We love out little James!
FYI: Look at James boots! They are so cute!
