1 box of Spice cake mix
1 can of pumpkin
As many Chocolate chips as desired
(I used 3/4 of the bag)
Blend first two ingredients together
Add Chocolate chips
Place mix in cup cake wrappers
(mix does not rise much so fill them up)
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
These are fantastic! I had them for the first time a few weeks ago and loved them! I'm not a huge pumpkin fan, but this was the perfect amount of pumpkin!
